Privacy Policy & Google Play Data Safety Disclosure
Official privacy policy and data safety disclosure governing the Dev.io mobile development ecosystem, anyone-Connect, Dev.io Build Commander, and web properties operated by Anyone-Hub LLC. View our public Terms of Service & EULA at https://anyonehub.us.kg/terms.
01 1. Information We Collect & Purpose of Collection
To provide authentication, cloud synchronization, collaborative editing, and companion wearable features
across Dev.io (com.anyonehub.app), anyone-Connect
(com.anyoneconnect.app), and Dev.io Build Commander
(com.anyonehub.wear), we collect only the minimum required data:
-
Account & Identity Data (OAuth 2.1 / OIDC): When you sign in via Email/Password,
GitHub, LinkedIn (OpenID Connect), or Dev.io OAuth 2.1, we receive your unique user identifier, display
name, profile avatar URL, and primary email address to provision your developer profile, verify module
licenses, and authenticate sessions. If you grant LinkedIn
w_member_socialpermissions, social actions are executed strictly at your explicit direction. -
User-Generated Content & Messaging: We process Developer Stories
(
Dev Drops), public community posts, collaborative CRDT document deltas, and chat messages you explicitly send. In anyone-Connect, standard messages are stored with participant-scoped Row-Level Security (RLS), while Burn-on-Exit private chat sessions transmit encrypted messages ephemerally in-memory and automatically purge session data when a participant exits or after 30 minutes of inactivity. -
IDE Telemetry & Verification Diagnostics: We log verified build milestones, plugin
installation checksum integrity (
log-telemetry), and crash diagnostics strictly to award developer achievement badges, enforce security policies, and maintain system reliability. -
Wear OS Sensor Data (Dev.io Build Commander): On Wear OS devices, the watch face and
companion app access hardware step counter data (
android.permission.ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION/Sensor.TYPE_STEP_COUNTER) locally on the watch strictly to display your daily step progress on the watch face complication. Health and step sensor data is processed locally on your device, is never transmitted to advertising networks, and is never sold to third parties.
02 2. How We Use & Protect Your Data
All data transmitted between your devices and our backend infrastructure (powered by Supabase) is encrypted
in transit using TLS 1.3 and protected at rest via
PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) and RFC 7636 PKCE (S256)
authentication. Private profile attributes (such as push notification tokens and birthdates) are isolated
from public profile views.
03 3. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy
You retain full ownership of your personal data and may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud records at any time:
-
In-App Account Deletion: Open Dev.io or
anyone-Connect, navigate to
Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm deletion. -
Email / Web Deletion Request: If you no longer have the application installed, send an
account deletion request from your registered email address to
tomslinkard@anyonehub.tech
or
anyone-hub.dev@zohomail.com
with the subject line
"Account Deletion Request". All profile records, authentication tokens, messages, and cloud data associated with your account will be permanently purged within 7 business days.
04 4. Contact Information

1. Acknowledgement of System-Level Operations: Dev.io,
anyone-Connect, and Dev.io Build Commander provide a native terminal
interface, local and on-demand compiler toolchains (including A.B.L., Kotlin, Java, R8/D8, and native
Android SDK build tools), headless local service mesh gateways, real-time CRDT collaboration, and Android
Virtualization Framework (AVF) capabilities. By using this software ecosystem, you acknowledge that
executing shell commands, compiling and dynamically loading code (
.dex/.aarplugins and Pro modules), and interacting with the device's native operating system carries inherent risks, including potential data loss and system instability. You assume full responsibility for any commands, scripts, plugins, or code executed within this environment. -
2. License Grant & Modular Add-Ons: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement,
Anyone-Hub LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
Dev.io, anyone-Connect, and Dev.io Build Commander.
Access to on-demand Pro Modules (
devio-agile,devio-mock,devio-request,devio-schema,devio-snippets,devio-timeline) and UPS 1.0 Marketplace extensions is governed by server-verified account entitlements and cryptographic SHA-256 verification. You may not redistribute, decompile, circumvent licensing gates, or tamper with protected module payloads. -
3. "AS IS" Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, DEVELOPERS, OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
- 4. Scope of Support & User Responsibility: User-generated code, local device workspace data, peer-to-peer collaborative sessions, and custom shell executions are strictly the responsibility of the user. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own off-device backups and version control remotes. Anyone-Hub LLC holds no liability for lost, corrupted, or overwritten files.
